Refund policy

Returns 

After using the refundable product for 90 days, you can request a refund within 15 days, after which we could no longer offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition in which it was received.

Note: "Any return requests for reasons not listed above will not be eligible for a refund."

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards
  • Other products, excluding the FLO™ brush, which are not included in the 90-day satisfaction or refund policy

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse as we collect returns in a different department. 


If you are eligible for return, the following charges will be deducted from the refund, which may vary depending on the product purchased: transaction fees, and shipping protection (if previously selected).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned over the established time after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-7 days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Manufacturing defects:

According to the Consumer Code, the buyer has the right to request the replacement of the defective product within 7 days of delivery, unless the seller proves that the defect was caused by improper use or tampering with the product by the consumer.

 

Cancel or undo a placed order:

The customer has 12 hours to cancel or undo a placed order. For each request received after this period, the following charges will be deducted from the refund, which may vary depending on the product purchased: shipping charges, fulfillment costs, processing fees, transaction fees, and shipping protection (if previously selected).

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bloomelab.com


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Right of Withdrawal

We comply with consumer protection laws in all the countries we operate. Therefore, you are entitled to return your product under the statutory right of withdrawal as follows:

  • European Union: you have the right to return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason, as per EU consumer protection regulations.
  • United Kingdom: you are entitled to return your product within 14 days from delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Please note that this statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to customers outside the EU and the UK.

In all cases, products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

⚠️ If the return is due to personal reasons (and not related to a defective or damaged product), transaction fees of 5.5% of the total order amount will be deducted from the refund, in addition to the shipping fees, which vary depending on the destination from which the order was originally shipped.

 

Shipping                                                                                                             

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Year Limited Warranty – Flo™ Brush

Your Flo™ Brush is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any malfunction related to the battery, internal electronics, or core technology of the device that may occur under normal use conditions.

Please note:

  • The pod (brush head/accessory) is considered an external and consumable component and is not covered under this warranty.

  • Damages caused by misuse, accidental drops, water infiltration (if not used according to instructions), or any signs of tampering will void the warranty.

  • Any damage deemed to have been caused by the customer will not be covered.

To request warranty support, please contact our customer service team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description (or video/photo) of the issue.

Bloome™ reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the fault is covered under this warranty.
