Shipping policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to dozens of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Delivery Times
Your purchases come from all over the world. Because of this, they may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 6 hours after the order is placed. The orders will be processed in 1 day.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We offer 4-7 business days shipment in AU and EU countries, and 24/48 hours for the UK. For the US/CA and other countries, shipping time may extend up to 6-10 business days.
Tracking & Notifications
We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also check your delivery status on our "track your order" page.
Absent Recipient
Two delivery attempts and 7 days of storage are included in the price of each shipment. After the seven-day storage period, the shipment is returned to our warehouse. The costs of the returned shipment (including any customs fees) will be deducted in the event of a refund or must be covered by the customer in case of a new shipping attempt together with the costs of the new delivery.
Incomplete or wrong delivery address
No other delivery attempt is included in the price. If this happens the shipment is returned to our warehouse. The costs of the returned shipment (including any customs fees) will be deducted in the event of a refund or must be covered by the customer in case of a new shipping attempt together with the costs of the new delivery.
Custom duties
The company uses Incoterms DAP (returned to the place of destination, previously "returned unpaid" or DDU), so the responsibility for payment of customs duties rests with the recipient or the buyer.
Any order placed on the site and shipped outside Italy may be subject to taxes and customs duties when it reaches its destination. These taxes and customs duties relating to the delivery of an item are the costs and responsibility of the customer only. The Seller is not required to know and inform the Customer of any customs duties and taxes that may be applied. The Seller advises the Customer to contact the competent authorities of their destination country for further information.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, BLOOME™ will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with BLOOME™ via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. If you have any questions please email our customer care team at info@bloomelab.com. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
